We don't store your sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers, directly, as those will be handled by the payment processors directly. We may store de-identified/hashed versions of some of your financial information that can only be used to refer to your financial information that is stored on our third-party payment processor apps.

Location Information: We may collect information about your location when you use our Services. We don't share your exact location information with other users. However, such information can be used for different services can be used for services such as finding mentors that are within a region of interest to the students.

Device Information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Log Information: We may collect information about your use of our Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.

Please note that you may continue to receive critical communications from us even if you opt out of some or all of the items from the aforementioned list.

Access and update your information: You can access and update your account information at any time by logging into your account and making the necessary changes.

Request the deletion of your information: While you do have the option to request disabling your account, once created, your account will remain in our database for as long as we are operating.

Exercise your data protection rights: Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request the correction of any inaccuracies, object to the processing of your information, or request the restriction or removal of certain types of processing. You may also have the right to data portability, which allows you to request that we transfer certain personal information to another organization.
